My Network

Access to support for adults with learning disabilities and other lifelong disabilities

Worthing Mencap run the My Network service in Worthing, Littlehampton and Shoreham in partnership with the Network West Sussex consortium, funded by WSCC.
The My Network service provides adults with a lifelong disability a point of contact where they can receive support and advice.
The service is available at:
Buddys Monday – Friday 10.00am – 2.00pm.
The Shoreham Centre Tuesday 10.00am – 2.00pm
Dove Lodge (Littlehampton) Wednesday 10.00am – 2.00pm

The service is drop in.
It can be helpful to know if you coming along beforehand.

My Network also runs a weekly club for older people with learning disabilities who meet on a Thursday afternoon at Buddys.
Buddys Badgers offers activities including crafts, music, talks, and outings with an educational and/or social aspect.
