Socialising
It is important that people with a learning disability and/ or autism have the opportunity to socialise, preventing isolation and improving mental and physical wellbeing.

Our activities help the people we support to build confidence, make and maintain friendships, gain independence, have fun, develop new interests and get involved in the local community.
We offer a range of activities and outings in the local community throughout the week. These vary from bowling, meals out and seafront walks to crafts and games in Buddys, as examples.
Please note: We are facilitating these activities, where we provide group support. People requiring 1-1 support must bring this support with them.
